Leadership
VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON
Community Leadership
Each member of our team has been carefully selected. We first seek out individuals that embrace our core values: professionalism, integrity, commitment and compassion. Additionally, empathy, great communication and willingness to go the extra mile are key attributes for anyone tasked with serving the residents of one of our communities.

Kelly Higdon is The Evergreen Inn’s newest Executive Director, starting in 2021. But she is not new to the community. She began as a caregiver in 1996, and became the community’s Director of Nursing in 2014.

"I am very blessed to be part of the Agemark family. A chose to join this company because of their compassion for those we serve. Our mission is to treat everyone, including coworkers and residents, as family. This is something that I witness each day - from the founders of our company and management to staff at our community."
