At The Kensington in Fort Madison, we offer assisted living as well as memory care, in our secure and private memory-care neighborhood, Primrose Path.

In Primrose Path, reassuring routines, vintage 
furnishings and beautiful surroundings help residents feel right at home. All staff members are carefully selected and trained to provide the very best care 
for those with Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia.

EmpowerMe’s on-site team of dedicated therapists offers personalized Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy, ensuring you can receive the care you need without ever leaving our community.
