Tessa Johnson
Executive Director
Tessa Johnson, MSN, BSN, RN serves as Executive Director of both CountryHouse and Evergreen in Dickinson, ND. Evergreen provides Basic Care and Assisted Living services while CountryHouse focuses on Memory Care.
Tessa first joined the Agemark family when she was a teenager, and worked at Evergreen as a housekeeping and dietary aid. She rejoined the Agemark family in 2018, first as CountryHouse’s Wellness Director, before being promoted to Executive Director a few months later. In 2022, she was named Executive Director of both CountryHouse and Evergreen Senior Living and Basic Care. Evergreen provides assisted living and basic care.
Tessa is a certified dementia care practitioner (CDP) and has extensive experience in nursing, long term care, hospice care and health care management. She also spent five years as Medical Services Director at the ND Women’s Prison.
Tessa attended Dickinson State University, where she first earned an Associate in Applied Science in Practical Nursing degree. She later earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and became a Registered Nurse. She earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing with an emphasis in Leadership in Healthcare in 2014. She serves as President of the North Dakota Nurses Association and of the North Dakota Center for Nursing, and is an active member of the local Eagles Club Auxiliary.
Born and raised in Dickinson, Tessa and her husband stay busy raising their two children, Jaxson and Bentlee. Both children love to volunteer at CountryHouse and Evergreen. Together, the family enjoys spending time at the lake, fishing, and traveling.

Abi Rohrer
Senior Living Consultant
Abi Rohrer serves as the Senior Living Consultant for both CountryHouse and Evergreen in Dickinson, ND. In her role, she works closely with families and residents who are considering a move to assisted living or memory care.
Abi first joined the Agemark family in 2019 as the Life Enrichment Coordinator for CountryHouse. She worked diligently to change the lives of CountryHouse by creating moments of joy for residents through life enriching activities and outings. In 2019, she was named an Agemark Hero, Agemark’s highest employee honor. She is also licensed CNA and CMA as well as a certified dementia practitioner.
After serving as Executive Director for the Downtown Dickinson Association, Abi returned to the Agemark family in March 2022. She is very involved in the community, and serves on several local boards including the Downtown Dickinson Association, the Downtown Improvement District Board and is a part of the campaign for the community’s Townsquare project. Additionally, she leads the Chamber of Commerce’s Develop Dickinson committee.
Abi is a proud Dickinson native. She has two children, daughter Bailey and son Axton, who both love coming to visit residents and volunteer at our communities. In their free time, the family loves traveling, visiting her family’s lake resort, Skunk Bay, hosting BBQ’s with friends, having spontaneous adventures and enjoying family game nights.

Pam Nicklous
Housekeeping Supervisor
Pam has worked at Evergreen for 25 years. Prior to her career at the community, she worked at Flint Engineering for three years. She then stayed home to raise her children, and owned a daycare from 1992-1995.
Pam enjoys spending time with residents of Evergreen, who always put a smile on her face. In 2013, Pam was a recipient of Agemark’s “Hero” Award.
A native of Dickinson, Pam and her husband, Perry, have two children, Jay and Jen, and two grandchildren, Anna and Alex. In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, crafting and spending time with her grandchildren.
