*Offer restrictions: This offer is applicable to new residents only, who place a deposit by no later than May 31, 2024, and take financial possession or move within 15 days of deposit. Care costs are based on an assessment by our Director of Nursing. Incoming residents will be assigned a care level, and half-off will be given to the care level that’s deemed appropriate. Care costs can change at reassessments, but a 50% discount will continue to be given for a period of 24 months.
